Terms & Conditions

1. All prices are based on the valid price list provided by Primemed.

2. Primemed reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) Exclusive of VAT.

4. Payments shall be made in to Primemed Bank Account.

5. Partial shipments are allowed. If a client requires urgent deliveries that are not covered by the delivery time of the product in the INVOICE, the client shall carry the freight costs for the partial delivery.

6. Delivery time starts from the day when payment is received in full, in Primemed’s Bank Account, or an INVOICE down payment of 50% has been made. Time of transport is not included.

7. Quality complaints have to be announced in writing within 24 hours after receiving the goods. Primemed reserves the right either to repair or to exchange the product(s). In case a complaint is justified within the warranty period Primemed carries the freight cost to the client after repair / exchange / inspection. After the warranty period client covers all the freight cost, from and to Primemed. In case the quality complaint is not justified during the warranty period, the client shall cover all transportation cost to and from Primemed.

8. All quality complaints must be in writing and must indicate type, model and serial number/waybill number, which is mentioned on the packaging of the product, or on the product itself.

9. Any returns must be approved in writing for a Return Goods Authorisation number.
